Do Republicans have an alternative to Obamacare? Matt Yglesias looked at proposals from Ramesh Ponnuru and Yuval Levin and concluded that the alternative is less spending on health insurance for poor people, stingier health coverage for middle-class people, and lower taxes for rich people.
