Sears Ex-CEO Saw Compensation Fall Nearly 90% Last Year

Former Sears Holdings Corp. Chief Executive Louis D'Ambrosio saw his compensation package fall nearly 90% last year, to $1.3 million, according to a proxy filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
