Fannie Mae Sees Economic Growth Picking Up

After a strong U.S. jobs report and a rebound in consumer confidence in February, overall economic growth is expected to pick up in the second half of the year, coming in at 2.1% in 2013, according to new research from mortgage-finance company Fannie Mae .
